Request for a Congratulatory Certificate

As a rule, the Mayor will recognize the following events:

  • Birthdays: start at 80 years, in five-year increments: 80, 85, 90, 95 etc.
  • Anniversaries: start at 50 years, in five-year increments: 50, 55,60, 65 etc.
  • Community organizations: to recognize event winners or other achievements
  • New business openings

Please complete the information below to receive a congratulatory certificate from the Mayor.
